Since SIBM’s inception in 1978, year after year, a new set of managers graduate from the institute, fully equipped to fight the corporate battle.
And every year, SIBM makes the gargantuan attempt at bringing these 4700 odd students back together. SIBM Encore, the annual alumni meet is an effort in that very direction. Encore is held across the country in various cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata & Bangalore and across the world in cities like Dubai and Singapore. Alumni from various industries and across batches get together to celebrate their journey and relive their days at their alma mater. SIBM alumni get an opportunity to interact with their seniors and juniors who have at some point in time, much like them, walked the corridors of SIBM. In addition to bringing together the alumni, the meets enable the institute to keep in touch with its ex-students, while they traverse through their respective careers and events in life.
Silver Jubilee Reunion
Can one explain the feeling of meeting with ones fellow batch mates after 25 long years! One can at the SIBM Silver Jubilee Reunion held every year on the occasion of the Management Day that falls on the first Saturday of March. Every year the silver jubilee batch walks back into campus to remember the hard work they put in, and to relive the fun they had. Professors from the Silver jubilee batch and the then Director, join the batch to truly relive the times spent more than two decades ago. It is SIBM’s honour to attempt at bringing together a batch, year after year.
