    Published 9 books including ‘Customer Relationship Management – a strategic approach to marketing’ and ‘Product Management – text and cases’ by PHI (previously Prentice Hall India).
  • Also published over 50 articles in various journals and magazines like:
    The Smart Manager, Indian Management, TMTC Journal of Management, Asian Management Review, Economic Times, ICFAI Journal of Management Research, ICFAI Journal of Marketing Management etc.
   
Workshops and programs organized:
Conducted sessions on ‘Case Teaching’ at Faculty Development Programme organized by ICFAI Business School. Organized programmes for senior executives on Customer Centricity, Leadership etc. Programmes organized by me were attended by participants from IBM, Tata Motors, Tata Global Beverages, Indian Hotels, Tata Steel, Rallis, TCS etc.
   
Consulting Assignments: Undertook several interventions in companies to diagnose issues and implement suitable solutions to address the same. These include: Sandvik Asia, Voltas, Tata Metaliks, Tata Power, FAG Bearings, Rallis, Tata Autocomp, Tata Advanced Materials, Trent, HIRCO, NABARD, Praj Industries etc.
