Web Consultancy
In one of its efforts to reach out to corporate, the Information Technology (IT) team at SIBM undertakes web consultancy projects. The projects are under the purview of the IT team, with inputs from a vast resource pool at SIBM comprising of our esteemed faculty and diverse students community.
The IT team comprises of members with expertise in .NET Platform, Database Programming, Web Technologies, Java Platform, Adobe Suite, ERP, Scripting Languages, HTML virtually covering the entire gamut of technologies. The team ensures timely completion and high quality standards of projects. The projects successfully completed by the team are a testimonial for the same.
Past Performance
Increased Usage
The IT team has successfully completed web consultancy projects for Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), Pune-based Chordia group, Maharashtra CID, Bank Of Maharashtra and CII. These projects dealt with improving the hit rates by making the websites more user-friendly.
Content Management
The team has also successfully maintained web content for National Institute of Personnel Management which included regular updates for sectoral analysis, case studies, quizzes, HR practices and employee related laws.
In-house websites
The IT team has also successfully developed, coded, designed and maintained the in-house websites Wired and Infodrome and ADdIcT.
Wired is a knowledge repository for our students hosting cases, presentations and articles of latest happenings in the business world and study material from faculty. Wired also provides a comprehensive key-word search facility and upload and download options for students and faculty.
Infodrome is the college intranet complete with a discussion forum, chat facility, online notices, campus news, attendance records to name a few modules.
ADdIcT is repository for marketing students has a database of over 7000 advertisements ranging from video to print. It can be used for tracking the manner in which brands have changed and evolved over the years, since it has ads even 30 years old. It supports an online forum where students can discuss about the latest in media and advertising, rate ads and so on.
SIBM website The team has conceptualized and designed the current SIBM website and at present maintains the website to keep the world updated with latest news related to SIBM.
