Campus Recruitment Programme 2011-12
The Campus Recruitment Programme at SIBM Pune gives an opportunity to the institute to showcase its talent pool to the corporate world and for corporates to reiterate their confidence in recruiting from the institute.
The highly skilled base of students delivering stellar performances eventually leads to long term mutually beneficial associations with the corporate world and this has been proved time and again by the number of Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) / Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) being given to SIBM Pune students.
The companies that came to the campus offered a plethora of profiles across verticals and functional domains like Investment Banking, Project Finance, Equity Research, Corporate Treasury, Business Advisory and Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Organization & Talent, Sales, Marketing, SCM Consulting, Logistics, Operational Research and Technology Advisory.
With Axis Bank, CavinKare, DHL Express, Givaudan and Mother Dairy showing interest in our students for the first time, there were other recruiters like Titan, Honeywell Automation and Goodyear who came back after a hiatus and offered diverse roles across different functions. Among all other regular recruiters, HCL Technologies was the largest recruiter with some niche profiles on offer. Reliance Industries and Cummins too, recruited in large numbers from every domain for their openings throughout the country and abroad.
