One Year Diploma weekend Programmes at Lavale

Introduction

The PG diploma programs focuses on both theory and practice in a particular field. We offer our Diploma programmes in the areas of Marketing, Financial Management, Human Resource Management and Operations Management and Service Sector.This year, we are launching our new Diploma Programme for the Service Sector in order to address a long standing demand from the service industry in order to fulfill their educational needs.
The programme tends to focus more on practical aspects along with theoretical concepts. In addition to the lectures, most programs make use of real case studies/discussion intensively. The curricula tend to be a lot more practical, providing ready-to-use skills upon your return. All Post graduate Diplomas in Management in each functional areas should provides a comprehensive exploration of the issues of management in a global business environment.
The programs help students to acquire knowledge and develop practical business skills, ideal in today’s competitive global marketplace.

Programme Objective

To provide the working professionals with a dual aspect of enhancing their managerial skills and while giving them an opportunity to further their education.
To equip executives or prospective executives working in the field of marketing with managerial skills so as to enable them to perform their functions more effectively and efficiently.
To equip executives or prospective executives working in the Accounts/Finance Departments or with Banks/Financial Institutions/NBFCs with managerial skills so as to enable them to perform their functions more effectively and efficiently.
To equip executives or prospective executives working in the field of HR with managerial skills so as to enable them to perform their functions more effectively and efficiently.
To equip executives or prospective executives working in the Technical Departments and Purchases/Sourcing Department with managerial skills so as to enable them to perform their functions more effectively and efficiently.
To equip executives or prospective executives working in the field of Service Sector with managerial skills so as to enable them to perform their functions more effectively and efficiently.

12 months Weekend Programme : 10.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m (Saturday / Sunday)

Eligibility for Admission

A Graduate from any Statutory University or any other recognized Foreign University

Selection Procedure: The selection of the students shall be on the basis of Personal Interview.

Intake: 50 seats each Programme.

Programme Duration: The duration of the Programme is one year with two semesters.

Programme Fees: Rs.50,000 for the program to be paid in two installments (inclusive of examination fees, convocation, medical, etc.)
