SIBM students have won 1^st prize at the HR/IR Competition held on 13^th November 2010 at XLRI Jamshedpur

In recently held Ensemble 2010 at XLRI Jamshedpur Flagship IR event ‘Strike or Yield’ conducted by XLRI’s IR Club Fire@X held on 13^th November 2010 SIBM Pune’s Team won the 1^st Prize.

The event had a preliminary round where seven case studies based on labour laws had to be solved on the basis of which finalists were invited to Jamshedpur for the final round.

The finalists included teams from XLRI, TISS, MDI and XIMB and had four rounds based on case study on labour unrest, strategy, union-management negotiation and wage settlement.
