Program Objectives: The program aims to provide senior executives with the framework, techniques and tools to formulate and implement winning business strategies. This practical and innovative program will help you apply the knowledge gained to your own organization context, in creating strategic plans that lead to achieving organizational transformation and sustainable success.

  • Strategic Business Planning - Formulating winning strategies
  • Defining vision, mission and business objectives
  • Customer, Market and Competitor analysis
  • Defining the ideal product/ service solution
  • Financial Analysis, Value Chain Analysis and Risk Analysis - Survival of the fittest strategies
  • Overcoming the challenges in implementation of strategies
Target Audience: The program is aimed at middle and senior management level executives who are responsible for creating and implementing business strategy in their organisation. Based on the size and structure of their organization, participants could be in leadership positions at Corporate, SBU, Divisional or Functional units in Indian or multi-national companies.
Methodology: The program will follow a case based methodology to cover the contents mentioned above. The faculty would introduce the concepts and lead the case discussions. Participants would be expected to participate actively and enthusiastically and contribute from their personal experience.
