Abstract:
Organizations always look for strategies to retain good employees, and they need to assess the factors affecting turnover intention. This paper dives into the different factors that affect turnover intentions in multinational companies. The study, carried out in Pune, reveals the key aspects that help retain employees. Surprisingly, family conflict and work stress did not lead to the turnover intentions of employees.
