" Due to ongoing CORONA induced crisis, the programme is canceled at present. We will inform when we schedule it again."
Evidence-based management (EBM) or Evidence-based practise (EBP) is practiced in clinical science since 1992. NABH has laid down the requirement of following EBP in its standard. Business management arena is often filled with management fads, which have short life cycle trends and are short lived leaving minimal impact but consume resources. Need for use of EBM in the area of business processes or management has been felt, of late and Campbell Collaboration, which promotes evidence-based decisions and policy in social science has opened a chapter on management science. Health care professionals, depending on their specialization, are involved both in clinical and non-clinical decision making. There must be a common understanding of EBM between clinical and non-clinical professionals so that the whole service delivery model becomes evidence-based.
